Shipping and Delivery Information

MobileAudio&More uses Fedex as a primary shipping carrier. We may also use UPS, or another comparable service as well. Most orders are processed and shipped on the same day if placed before 12:00 PM PST, otherwise it will be shipped on the next day.

We deliver to anywhere in the US, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Customers in the Continental US can select any of the available shipping methods during checkout. For other destinations, only air shipping methods will be available.

Mobile Audio & More uses its best efforts to ship same-day those orders received by 4:00pm PST.

Exclusions from same-day shipping by 4:00pm PST could include, but are not limited to:

Out of Stock product
Special orders
Shipments using an LTL service

Shipping to Alternate Address

Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may require longer time to process due to an additional verification procedure. The extended order processing time is to add extra protection to our customers from online fraud.

Orders Tracking

On shipment of your order, the details and tracking number will be sent to you via email. Follow the link in the email to track your order through the carrier’s website. If you did not receive any shipment notification within a few days after your purchase, or need to verify the shipment information, you can contact us using the form on contact-us page or by phone at 1-818-855-1025.

Shipping Promotions

  • All shipping promotions such as free and flat rate only apply to deliveries in the continental US, and shipped via standard shipping method or equivalent service.
  • Items that are priced less than $0 and marked as 'Free Shipping' only qualify for free shipping on orders equal or greater to $0 (USD).
