Return Policy

Cancellations

All order cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and be sent to support@mobileaudioandmore.com. Orders that have already been released for processing are not eligible for cancellation.

MobileAudio&More will issue notice of order cancellation to customers, if cancellation is an option. Otherwise, the customer remains responsible for full payment of the order, including handling fees or shipping charges on non free shipping orders.

Returns

MobileAudio&More will not accept any returns sixty calendar (60) days after Customer’s purchase, regardless of reason.

All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RA) number issued by an authorized MobileAudio&More representative. Customers must use our Return Authorization Request form to obtain the RA number, which is only effective for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. We will refuse any Product returned without an RA.

Damaged Product From Shipment

You have 10 calendar days from your delivery date to notify MobileAudio&More of any damage that occurred during shipment.

Non-Defective Returns

Opened products are not eligible for return and MobileAudio&More will not refund any handling fees or shipping charges.

Non-defective, unopened, and re-sellable product is eligible for return, up to sixty (60) days from date of customer’s purchase. MobileAudio&More will issue credit, upon receipt of the return, valued at the original invoice price.

Customers must print the RA number clearly and legibly on the outside of the carton, and securely protect and package in double packaging. If the RA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused.
If shipping labels are placed on or RA numbers written on the Vendor’s boxes, the Product will not be considered an unopened, non-defective, resalable condition, and in turn, will not be eligible for return or credit.
Customers must include all original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the Vendor with the Product.
All customers are responsible to ship the return at their cost.

Not complying with all requirements listed above, may result in charging a restocking fee of 15%, up to and including denial of the return.

Defective Returns

Defective Products may be returned to MobileAudio&More within thirty calendar (30) days of the customers original purchase date.

After thirty calendar (30) days, customers must return the defective product according to the manufacturer’s specific warranty allowances.

Upon receipt of the authorized and compliant return, MobileAudio&More will credit the customer’s account for the value as stated on the original invoice.

All transactions and communications with the customer regarding any defective merchandise are the customer’s responsibility.

Non Returnable

Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return. We may also not accept certain products from being returned. Such products will be noted as "Not returnable" on the product detail page of our website.
