To successfully process a product return, you must speak to a Mobile Audio And More customer service agent and request a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number. Without the MRA number, you will not be able to return your product.

When contacting us, please make sure to provide us with all relevant information, including your name, the product which needs to be returned, and the order number of your purchase.
Once your return request has been processed, we will send you the necessary information, including your MRA number and the shipping address for returning your product. All returns must be shipped back in the original manufacturer’s box along with any packing materials it came with.
Defective products are covered by a 30 day warranty by Mobile Audio And More, starting from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, returns must be made directly through the manufacturer according to their specific policies and procedure.
Please inspect the order on arrival for external damage. In the rare event of external damage, please refuse the shipment. If damage to the product is only observable after accepting the shipment and opening the package, please notify us immediately, within 24 hours. Damage claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
If your shipment is being delivered to a freight forwarder, the shipment must be examined for damage before forwarding the shipment. Once an item has been signed for and transferred to a freight forwarder, we can no longer accept damage claims.
When accepting a damage claim, Mobile Audio And More, at its sole discretion, will either replace the damaged products or issue a full refund when the claim is settled with the carrier.
All Other Products
If you would like to return a product which is not defective or damaged, you must process the return within 30 days of delivery. The product must be shipped back in retail condition with the original package, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. Do not fill out warranty or promotional cards included with the package, and do not write the MRA number on the original package. Writing on the package, or the package contents for any reason will void the 30 day warranty and you will not be eligible for a refund.
